Compose fax grayed out

After logging into your Sfax account the 'Compose fax' is grayed out. Your Sfax account was set up but you are currently not assigned to any fax lines for Incoming or Outgoing. Please contact your Sfax Account Administrator who will help resolve this issue for you.
