"Someone already has that username. Please try another"
Usernames within Sfax are system-wide, rather than unique within your account. In many cases, more commonly selected usernames (common conjugations of usernames such as John Smith using jsmith for example) will already be reserved. If you are attempting to create a new user and attempt to use an already reserved username, you will receive the following prompt at the top of the screen:
If you receive this message, you will need to select an alternate username for the user you are attempting to create. You can add numbers (jsmith2), expand the conjugation (johnsmith), or use a more unique username style (js121316).
