Choosing a username

Each Sfax username must be unique. If the username you enter when creating a user is not available, Sfax displays a message at the top of the screen asking you to try a different one.

If you see that message, enter another username. A username does not need to relate to the person's name, many accounts use a department, location, role, or their own numbering scheme. Choose whatever fits how your organization is set up.
