Enable or Disable Fax Notifications

To enable or disable your fax notifications (by email):

  1. Log into Sfax at https://app.sfaxme.com.
  2. Click the Settings icon under the Sfax header, then My Profile in the left navigation pane.

  1. Scroll down to the Email Notifications pane (where you will see your user name), and: Check (or uncheck) the box of each type of notification you want (or don't want) to receive for your faxes; then click the Save button to exit. (NOTE:  If you are unable to make changes to your email notifications, contact the Sfax account administrator, as he or she may have disabled this option.  If you are the only user on the account and unable to make changes, then  please submit a request to support@sfax.com for assistance.)

Email-Notification Descriptions
Received You will receive an email notification that a fax has been received on the associated fax line. 
Delivered You will receive an email notification that a fax has been successfully sent on the associated fax line. 
Failed You will receive an email notification that a fax has not been successfully sent on the associated fax line.
  1. Click the Save button to save the information and exit.
